Dear Friends,

As we continue to dance with life amidst COVID-19, many of us are learning how to do things alone and with more overwhelm and responsibilities than we’d normally have to navigate. We can quickly cycle through fear, grief, paralyzation and a whole range of emotional states in just one day. Much of our attachment “stuff” is surfacing. Reactive tendencies, traumas, the old wounds and old ways to how we cope. 

Procrastination is a common side effect of freeze and overwhelm. Engaging our social nervous system is the antidote.

You’re invited to join me in the coming weeks for some online gatherings. We will get together via Zoom video conference.

What to expect:

I’ll open with a few minutes for centering ourselves, providing a brief teaching.

We’ll ground, listen, and tune in to what’s most alive for us. 

You can use this time for self-care and self-tending in whatever ways feel most relevant.

We’ll each set our intention for our work time where you’ll get to focus on your priorities. Bring the bills, poetry you want to write, mediation you want to listen to, drawer you want to go through, emails you’ve been avoiding, meal plans you’ve been meaning to make - whatever is calling you. And whenever you need a burst of inspiration, you’ll be able to look up and see our little community working alongside you with access to me for assistance or guidance. Cheerleading and hand-holding included.

We’ll do some breaks and check-ins along the way, and then at the end of our session, we’ll send each other off with support.

These sessions are free. I’m delighted to facilitate space and connection during this time. 



We’ll be using Zoom for the sessions which means you’ll be able to be on camera and see all the other humxns you’ll be working alongside. Please come as you are. This is a cozy, comfortable shared space. Think of it as a family communal space. Kids are welcome.
